Back in 1993, Kate was a featured actress in the pilot episode of a British mystery series called Anna Lee. This first episode entitled Anna Lee: Headcase is extremely difficult to find as it has never been released on VHS or DVD. I managed to find an extremely low quality version of it and have added screencaptures of the very young and adorable Kate. I’ve also added some production stills and images from the promotional photoshoot. I won’t normally post such heavily tagged images but these are so rare I just couldn’t resist.
