We finally have a brand new Kate appearance! She was at last night’s Los Angeles premiere for the Drew Barrrymore movie Going the Distance. She looks stunning (as always) in a white Versace shift dress with black accents and sky high black Salvatore Ferragamo heels. Over 100 photos have already been added to the gallery and I will of course add more if I find them.

I wish I could find some video of this. I mean, they take a bunch of photographs of her there must have been someone there that got some VIDEO of her!? Gawd knows there are enough media outlets in LA…
I’m glad Kate isn’t in this movie it looks incredibly lame. How the hell does that annoying MAC guy have a career? Is it because he is dating Barrymore?
